Although it is always best, and highly recommended, to personally speak to your groomer at the time that you drop off your dog for boarding or grooming, we understand that it's just not always possible.
If you will be having someone else drop off your dog OR if you are dropping your dog off for boarding when the groomer may not be there, please fill out the following form with as much detail as possible. Also, please make sure to include a phone number where you can be reached in case we have any questions. Thanks and know your dog will be having a blast at the spa!
