You only need to make an appointment for full-service grooming. If you want to do it yourself, it's always on a walk-in basis.

To better ensure that you get your first choice of dates, please request at least 2 days out—however, during these busy HOLIDAY months, you'll be safer with at least 5 days to a week in advance. For same day appointments, you'll need to call desired shop and see if there are any available appointments.
***Remember these are drop-off times only, not an exact time when we will start on your dog. Grooming is a process and dogs are not groomed from start to finish. While one dog is being washed, another is being dried, another is having it's haircut, and so forth. We make every effort to limit the time that your dog is at our shop without compromising safety or quality. You can plan on your dog being with us for about 4-6 hours depending on day, time of year, and Murphy's Law. There are some days when everything is "clicking" and they'll be done much sooner and then there are days that everything seems to take just a little bit longer. We will always call you as soon as they are ready to go home--if we haven't called you, they aren't ready. If you have a specific pick-up time needed, discuss this with us and we'll work with you to figure out a day that it will be possible.
