You guys make us feel all warm and fuzzy! There is nothing better than waking up to notes of thanks from our customers. We LOVE what we do, but for you guys to take the time to let us know you appreciate it, well, that just makes our day! I know it’s easy to let someone know when you are unhappy with a service, but to take the time to let a business know that you are pleased takes a special person.
Here’s a couple we got this week:
“I wanted to thank Django’s William Cannon Groomer for the excellent job she did yesterday morning (sad I didn’t do it in person but customers awaited and Django was anxious to show off his new do). Even with Django giving her excessive kisses during the groom she managed to give him the best grooming. I am always happy to take Django to Dirty Dog. It is the first groomers that he has had in which he actually wags his tail going through the door rather than tremble. Thank you for giving dog owners somewhere that we can trust they will properly care for our furry loved ones. Cheers,Raquel”
“Went to Dirty Dog (on 5th) for the 1st time yesterday to get Zoey groomed…she looks beautiful! :)”
