Rico is HW+, which at times, causes his breathing to be very labored. He is rail thin. He arrived at the shelter over 90 days ago, after his owner died. The animal center vets believe he has chronic neurological problems, though no abnormalities have been found. He cannot be fostered thru Austin Aninal Center, so will need to be fostered through a qualified rescue such as APA! Austin, we need a foster or adopter for RIco ASAP! This boy has has had it rough.
